AHRK Property Maintenance (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides property maintenance services to letting agents, landlords and property owners in the UK.

By using our website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Services

We provide general property maintenance services including (but not limited to):

- Plumbing

- Electrical works

- Drainage

- Bathroom renovations

- Kitchen renovations

- Painting & decorating

All services are subject to availability.

3. Quotes & Pricing

- Quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.

- All prices are subject to VAT where applicable.

- Additional works not included in the original quote may incur additional charges.

- Materials are chargeable unless explicitly stated.

- Call-out fees include the first hour of labour unless otherwise agreed.

4. Payment Terms

- Payment is due within 30 days of invoice unless agreed otherwise in writing.

- Late payments may incur interest in accordance with UK legislation.

- We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.

5. Liability

- We will carry out work with reasonable care and skill.

- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

- Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the work carried out.

- Nothing in these terms limits liability where it is unlawful to do so.

6. Access to Property

- The client must ensure safe and reasonable access to the property.
- We reserve the right to withdraw from unsafe working conditions.

7. Cancellations

- Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a charge.

- Missed appointments may be charged at the standard call-out rate.

8. Governing Law

- These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
